A private, self-hosted app that turns a session into a finished clinical note in minutes — running entirely on your own Mac, so your sessions are never uploaded. Then paste the note wherever you already keep your documentation.
One-time purchase. You buy it, you own it — no subscription.

I'm a working therapist. The big platforms I see clients through will happily transcribe my notes for me — and I decided I didn't want them to.
I couldn't get comfortable handing my clients' most private words to a service and trusting whatever happens to them next. So I built the alternative I wanted for my own practice: a tool that runs entirely on my Mac, where the therapist owns the whole process from the first word of the recording to the note you paste into your chart.
Nothing from your sessions is uploaded, nothing is mined, nothing leaves the room. That's the whole idea behind Innerbloom — your notes, your machine, your call.
You start the recording and you review the result. Everything in between runs on your Mac, in one pass, without you touching it.

Screenshots are the app's demo mode — synthetic clients, no real PHI.
There's no account, no cloud, and no server that ever sees your sessions. Audio is captured, transcribed, and summarized entirely on your machine — by language models that live on your own computer, not in the cloud. No sign-in, no API key: once it's set up, it runs fully offline. You can pull the ethernet cable and watch it work.

After each session the app pulls out goals, themes, risk history, and homework into a structured carryover you can edit. The next session's summary already knows where you left off, so continuity of care doesn't depend on your memory at 6pm.

Pick the structure your practice uses. The note is drafted to match — you review, tweak, and paste.

Four of them are pre-shaped for the platforms you already use — a Headway, Rula, or Prosperity note comes out box by box, in the order their form asks for it, so each field is a single copy and paste with nothing to reformat.
New note structures and pre-shaped platform notes are added over time, and they arrive as free updates to the version you already own. If your practice uses something that isn't here yet, it's probably already on the list.
“Add what we discussed about the divorce.” The app searches the transcript, finds the passage, and proposes a revision — shown as a tracked add/remove diff. Nothing changes until you say so.
Type a brief, plain-language narrative of the session and New Write-Up turns it into an insurance-friendly, standards-based psychotherapy note in the format you choose — carryover included. No audio means no consent step, and what used to be an hour of writing becomes a couple of minutes of review.
"50 min session with Maya. Anxiety better this week, slept more. Big blowup with her sister about mom's care — felt like the only adult again. Getting that she's always been the family fixer. Did some breathing practice at home. No safety concerns. Gave homework: try breathing during the day, set one small boundary."
{{ b.p }}
Shortened here — the note you actually get is considerably longer and more detailed.

No subscription. No per-client metering. No renewal that quietly climbs every year. One payment, and the software is yours the way a book on your shelf is yours.

Only if you switch them on, the app sends us crash reports so we can fix bugs and anonymous counts of which features get used. Never your sessions, never your clients. Read the specifics.
